A 100+ year old family-owned company in the apparel and accessory space is seeking a VP of People to join their Executive Leadership Team and drive talent, people, and culture efforts across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to drive improvements in organizational design.
• Lead talent acquisition and talent management strategy, inclusive of onboarding/offboarding, employee experience, and retainment.
• Support change management.
• Build a refreshing and exciting employer brand and culture that aligns with the company's consumer base and values.
• Oversee people operations efforts and improve processes as the company grows and scales.

In this role, you will get to:

• Support, hire, and lead a team.
• Operate in a cross functional support role to other areas of the organization; listening and providing guidance and leadership where called upon.
• Support all people systems including: talent development, company policies, compensation/benefits, performance/feedback, employee relations, health and wellness, DEI, training, etc.
