  • The position is responsible for helping develop, implement and lead the strategic and operational goals for all fundraising efforts at Eisenhower Health including all campaigns; specifically this person will be responsible for building relationships with major donors ($250,000 and above). Directs and conducts day-to-day cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities for major donor constituents
Qualifications
  • BA or BS Degree
  • Experience
  • Required: 15 years Executive level fundraising experience in medical industry
  • Preferred: 20 years Executive level fundraising experience in medical industry for a not-for-profit medical center or health system
  • Required: California Drivers License and auto insurance

Essential Job Specific Responsibilities
  • Helps Foundation achieve its potential through highest and best use of Raiser’s Edge.
  • Work collaboratively with other colleagues to implement programs that maximizes interest and participation in campaign, 24/7 and major gifts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Provide and follow customer service standards of excellence.
  • Develop and staff a portfolio of giving prospects. Identify and cultivate potential donors, including a robust schedule of personal visits.
  • Achieves fundraising goals.
  • Provide timely and consistent reports on progress of research, cultivation, and relationships.
  • Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies and takes action to resolve questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
  • Solicits new major donors per goals set with the President, Foundation.
  • Develops new relationships with major donors and helps these relationships.
