Administrative Assistant needed at the corporate offices of Fidelity Partners, located in San Antonio, TX

/ Responsibilities

• Support business development and operations daily functions.
• Interview potential candidates to determine whether they are qualified.
• Maintain and update network database automated tracking systems and documentation.

Experience / Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as an administrative assistant
• Must have exceptional verbal and written skills.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently after guidance given.
• Associates degree in English, communications, or another related field.
• Knowledge of procedures, tech savvy, excellent with reviewing documents, e-mail, spreadsheets, managing files and records and other office procedures at a proficient level.
