Summary of Position
The Administrative Assistant II position performs administrative work of considerable difficulty and involving independent judgment. The incumbent coordinates and supports the implementation of Human Resource Management programs and processes and performs administrative tasks for the entire HR division with concentrated support for Recruitment and EEO .
Minimum Required Education
A high school diploma or GED required. Associates Degree preferred
Minimum Required Experience
Six years of clerical/secretarial experience with a high school diploma or GED , or two years clerical/secretarial experience with certification or (30 college credit hours), or one year clerical/secretarial experience with an Associates Degree from a nationally, regionally or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education.
