Description


Century Business Services currently seeks a Sales Executive to focus on new business account development. Our Sales Executive contribute to business growth and development by selling a wide range of office solutions to include high speed digital copiers and printers, document management solutions, wide format equipment, managed print solutions, & IT services.


Century Business Services, Inc., a Flex Technology Group company, serves multiple verticals like Legal, Education, Manufacturing, and Healthcare. Our organization specializes in analytics, from paper-based day to day costs, to the most core processes in companies. We help our clients improve current workflow and help adopt the best practices for Cost Containment, IT Services, and Document Management. The starting salary is $60,000/year, monthly car allowance, plus unlimited commissions.


Duties And Responsibilities


  • Understand and employ network applications as it is related to our hardware and services
  • Closing Net New Clients and meeting sales activity and production targets
  • Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations, and driving new business
  • Utilize account information systems (CRM) and other internal sales/accounting systems
  • Assess customer needs, propose solutions and negotiate contracts
  • Build rapport and grow strong client relationships
  • Developing and qualifying new clients within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns


Requirements And Skills


  • Bachelors' Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Must have Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience managing sales to a quota
  • 2+ years previous sales experience with printer/copiers desirable
  • Prior experience cold calling, setting meetings with decision makers, presenting, and closing sales
  • Must have a current California Driver's License, vehicle, and auto insurance that meets CA state minimum requirements as this position does include driving.
