Job Description
  • Not a remote position- must be local to San Diego and authorized to work for any US employer


City Wide Facility Solutions is actively seeking an experienced and loyal B2B Sales Executive for our San Diego office. In this position, you will be responsible for new business development in a highly competitive and sales-driven environment. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close. Working closely with the operations and sales teams, the Sales Executive will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients.


Essential functions:


  • Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information.
  • Maintain and manage your Hot 25 list in the CRM.
  • Closes sales by building rapport with potential Clients, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in (# or $) sales per month.
  • Conduct a minimum of 20 hours prospecting each week.
  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements


  • Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, problem-solving skills and highly detail orientated
  • “Hunter” sales acumen; goal driven and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Strong written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • 2-3 year prior history working in a B2B sales environment, and track record of success. *Experience in Sales of Landscaping or other exterior building maintenance services preferred.*
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems.
  • High School diploma

  • This is an exempt, salaried, full-time position. Base salary is $65-75k, depending on experience. OTE with bonuses and commissions is $120-130k, top 25% SE's $150+k, top 5% SE's $200+k. We have an uncapped commission structure.
  • Company 3% of base salary Safe Harbor 401k contribution.
  • Company paid for incentive trip for top performing SE within the company.
