- Base Pay PLUS uncapped commission

- Up to 40 hours of paid time off is available to cover missed shifts following a positive COVID-19 diagnosis
- An hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked
- Outreach daily via phone and text (50-100 per day)
- Provide an outstanding customer experience
- Prospect new opportunities within assigned territory
- Review contract with consignors
- Follow up and close leads generated by marketing team
- Leverage strong consignor relationships to gain referrals for new consignors
- Set pricing expectations through deep knowledge of luxury
- Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales roles
- Adaptability and openness to change
- Self-motivation and drive to achieve results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency and comfortability using software such as G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, CRM
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week)
- A solutions-focused mentality with a growth mindset
- Ability to quickly build rapport with prospective clients and close
- A proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment
