Account / Sales Coordinator Jobs

We are hiring a passionate, full-time Wholesale Account Coordinator.

Who We Are:

Beauty Concept Brands is a family-owned, female founded beauty brand encompassing multiple brands including Skin Gym and PaintLab, we work with some of the world's most amazing retailers including ULTA, Walmart , Sephora, Nordstrom , Revolve, Macy's and more. We are a small but growing team.

Pay Range: $22-$30 hourly

Location - DTLA - In-Office (This is NOT a remote position, this is also not a retail salesperson position)

The Role

• Achieve targeted market sales growth within budgeted parameters

• Pitch our brand and foster relationships; focus on winning new accounts and reinvigorating existing retail accounts.

• Manage retailer relationship management in store / digitally, including leadership of business brand review meetings with store leadership

• Create growth strategies in major retailers by planning strategic events and GWP opportunities

• Past experience with analyzing sales reports, market performance, and strategizing based on volume codes a plus

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an Account Coordinator role in beauty or fashion (Experience with Ulta, Nordstrom, Sephora experience is a plus)

• Strong individual sales performance based on prior experience, ability to sell-in new products into retailers

• Enjoys networking, understanding customer needs and telling engaging stories

• Has experience with a CRM and other sales tools

• Creative, passionate, a team player and aligned with our values

• Must work well under pressure to meet deadlines & expectations.

• Excellent communication skills.
