Aiming to create the future of CERAGEM with a focus on disruptive and exponential growth, CERAGEM US works with global corporations, hotels, hospitals, senior living, governments, and technology stakeholders to create new businesses, establish strategic partnerships, and develop a broad ecosystem using the process of “outside-in” innovation.
Position Summary
We are looking for a goal-oriented B2B Sales Manager for winning, maintaining, and expanding all customer relationships within the assigned territory. Your role will include supporting CERAGEM’s ongoing sales and growth opportunities by developing customer accounts and supporting customer business. You will be responsible for understanding the overall sales strategy and implementing the necessary tactics to grow sales revenue. You will also be required to work with the pre-sales, and marketing team whenever a customer needs customized products or services. This position will report to the Head of Business in CERAGEM US.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day aspects of the cooperation and commercial coordination with customers.
- Business development and presales with CERAGEM therapeutic thermal massager
- Generate and develop sales pipeline opportunities.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in an assigned customer account.
- Engaging new enterprise customers and finding new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with other CERAGEM teams such as the support team, marketing team, and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations
- Bring the new customer on board and maintain relationships, especially in the Corporate, Hotel, Hospital, Government, and Long-Term Care market
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts/territories
- Develop eco partners and relationship management
Requirements:
- PC proficiency, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing in a B2B sales environment of Corporate, Hospitality, healthcare industry, and Long-term care facilities with a proven track record of success, existing partner relationships
- Flexible to travel to partner locations.
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Strong interpersonal skills; requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people when completing work assignments.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Ability to build lasting relationships and work with partners.
- Desire to be a continuous learner of CERAGEM’s products & services.
