Job Description

Title: Senior Business Analyst - Healthcare software exp.

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 month contract C2H

Job Summary

Client is looking for a Business Analyst to help support their early Design sprint activities.

This person is a blend of a BA and a PM with an innovation or facilitator background.

They will be doing things like facilitating journey mapping and ideation sessions with the business.

Scheduling meetings and following up to make sure meetings and, ultimately, the design sprint has an outcome.

This position is extremely business facing, so fluent communications skills are essential.

A BA, SCRUM certified, with innovation experience in healthcare would be ideal (but not required).

Experience in and around healthcare needed, more specifically any experience within Pharma (medicare/medicaid approval and adjudication exp) is preferred.

Notes:

This BA will be working with a project team on their Benefit Integration system.

This needs to be a BA with strong system integration/data integration skills.

Pharmacy, healthcare, benefits, insurance experience is a big plus.
