Overview The Human Resources Coordinator Remote is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This position will be responsible for managing employee records, onboarding new hires, and providing support to the HR team. Detailed Job Description The Human Resources Coordinator Remote will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This includes managing employee records, onboarding new hires, and providing support to the HR team. The Human Resources Coordinator Remote will also be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing assistance with employee relations. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least two years of experience in Human Resources
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred

• Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of employee relations
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in Human Resources
