Columbia Dental is Connecticut's only private dental practice that offers all specialties seven days a week, to all ages. We have 13 offices with hard-working professionals providing quality care to all our patients. The data between the locations are integrated via Dentrix Enterprises & MiPACS systems which is hosted in the cloud. Our main location has an on-site dental laboratory that prints and mills the prosthesis via digital files received from other locations within the company. We're searching for a qualified and resourceful Human Resources Coordinator to support our company in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. This person will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities and will help with important functions such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits. Responsibilities: Administer compensation and benefit plans Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies Undertake tasks around performance management Organize employee performance reviews Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Ensure compliance with labor regulation Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field Experience working in Human Resources strongly preferred Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
