About The Role


Nium is looking to hire a Business Developer, to support its accelerated growth with the responsibility to directly impact the revenue growth of Nium travel in the US market.


The role will require a passionate, business-oriented hunter with experience in the Travel Sales Payments sector. The role reports into Global Head of Travel Payments and Head of Europe who is based in London.


What will your day look like?:


  • Support of wider team selling efforts to global accounts in other regions (representing and supporting the US travel element of these deals)
  • Revenue growth the acquisition of new customers US via direct sales
  • An element of account management which is mostly focussed on cross selling to existing customers (i.e. the extension of VCC usage for customers) – this is progressively coming down as we recruit dedicated CS resources.
  • Prospecting for new customers across the United States
  • Support in the brand awareness of Ixaris / Nium within the US Travel Industry


Requirements


  • Travel is required both within the US and beyond
  • Extensive cross-functional experience with stakeholders
  • Track record of success in this field
  • Starting as soon as possible
  • Preference is for Office based in Miami or San Francisco – alternatively home office based
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
