They are seeking a high potential, strategic, and polished professional to join their team as a Vice President of Property Management (Western Region). Position:
The President has an impressive background/reputation and is an excellent mentor for this Vice President, providing a strong blend of guidance and autonomy. The Vice President of Property Management will be responsible for overseeing all residential operations for a portfolio of properties in the Western Region of the US. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining operational excellence and providing strategic leadership to develop implement and monitor financial and value preservation goals established for the portfolio. This is an area of major expansion for the company and this role will have visibility across the organization and be a major contributor to the growth through development helping to grow the fee managed business. The preferred location of this person would be Denver with flexibility for this person to be in other key areas in the Western Region of the United States.
Candidate:
· At least 10 years of progressive experience in multi-family property management. Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role managing Regional Managers.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills are essential.
· Ability to oversee the preparation and conveyance of all operational and financial data for development projects, acquisitions, and the existing portfolio.
- Prior experience/exposure to dispositions, acquisitions and ground up development.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills. Ability to present strategy, recommendations, and decisions in a thoughtful, polished manner.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in teams and across various functions.
