The role will serve as the strategic interface with the applicable assigned operating companies and aid in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships between the regions and Sonepar IT. This role is responsible for but not limited to maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary. Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating the resolution with internal parties, and establishing effective communication between opcos and IT for post-incident reviews. Lastly the role is key in developing a deep understanding of IT and business projects to gain insights into the delivery of the initiatives. All dedicated associates assigned to the region / OPCO will report into this functional leader who provide front line IT support services.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer facing skills.
• Proficient in leading both onsite and virtual teams.
• 5-10 years’ experience
• 4 Year Degree or equivalent experience in the space of 7-10 years
• Expertise in people management and leadership.
• Knowledgeable in escalation procedures incident management software.
• General I.T. operations knowledge
• Ability manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Knowledgeable of operations in a large-scale IT organization.

Comp Range: $110K to $130K plus bonus potential
