Here’s What You’d Do

The Region Manager will be responsible for delivering results within three key work streams of the BrightView Enterprise Solutions framework: Develop and maintain a strong subcontractor network, effectively serve our customer sites, and deliver profitable revenue growth. To accomplish this, the Region Manager will direct a team of field colleagues to ensure service delivery in a manner that meets or exceeds client expectations. The Region Manager will also be responsible for directing a centralized team assigned to their region who ensures work is completed in a timely and quality manner, customers are effectively informed of service status and subcontractors are properly sourced, managed and paid according to contractual terms. Travel will be required.

You’d Be Responsible To

• Analyze financial data and effectively utilize information to drive field based operational efficiencies and improvements to obtain the desired financial results
• Work with Human Resources staff to recruit, interview, select, hire, and onboard new employees.
• Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals.
• Other duties as assigned
• Lead, train, monitor, and evaluate the performance of employees to meet individual and team targets
• Defines market territories and assigns revenue and margin budgets for each
• Ensure new employees are properly oriented to the company and trained for their positions
• Delegate responsibility and hold team members accountable to reaching their goals.
• Lead Regional operations team members in the field and office to ensure that the core operational processes of service partner on-boarding/compliance, service partner management, work order management and quality standards are being followed properly
• Effectively communicate with all other BrightView Enterprise Solutions (BES) departments in a manner that fosters teamwork and unity, which ultimately benefits the client.
• Evaluate and implement operational strategies that will position the Company to grow
• Support team member’s professional development to foster employee engagement and meet organizational strategic initiatives
• Provide operational feedback to National Accounts in a manner that allows them to effectively communicate to the client.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements in the service delivery and quality standards
• Create an inspiring team environment with a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration

You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have

• Comfortable with change and ambiguity, acts as a change agent
• Strong computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and expert level proficiency in Excel
• Experience with budgeting and P&L management
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of operations management and team leadership experience
• Highly motivated self-starter
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Ability to influence and persuade, develop and maintain professional relationships
• Demonstration of critical thinking and problem solving
• Minimum education of a four year degree in business related field or equivalent experience required
• Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
• Proven experience leading, developing, and managing teams

And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:

• Experience leading remote teams
