Vp Of Human Resources

The Vice President of Human Resources (HR) provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization's HR operations. The Vice President is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range goals.
Managing a team of 22 and covering HR Operations for a 10,000 FTE multi-state staff, this person will also be responsible of developing senior-level staff and strategy related to HR Operations.
Experience Needed:

• Preference will be for someone who has worked for large HR departments at companies that do a lot of acquisitions.
• Need someone who can foster a healthy environment, able to understand where they are - make slight changes but not completely overhaul things
• Software: Ultipro - UKG
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• At least twenty years of human resource management experience required, with strategic, talent management, and/or multi-location business experience highly preferred.
• Spanish speaking a huge plus
• MultiState/Multi location company experience (10,000 FTE's)
• Experience over broad HR functions, who likes to teach and elevate their team. The idea here is to help improve small things within their HR department, but the biggest thing is someone who can make the team better.
