Position : HR Coordinator

• This role requires a Human Resources specialist with experience working with I9 documentation and compliance.
• Our client has an immediate need for several Human Resources coordinators to assist with a large I9 Compliance project.
• Job duties will include working with managers and employees to identify and correct discrepancies with I9's, working with an outside vendor who handles I9's, auditing information in the system, communicating effectively and efficiently to get information needed in a timely manner and documenting it appropriately.
• The ideal individual will have 3+ years of recent experience working in a human resource capacity and be familiar with Workday and/or Kronos.
• Knowledge of the E-verify process and documentation along with any Shared Services experience is a plus-must be able to ask questions, work independently and manage time efficiently. This is an onsite role M-TH with a work from home opportunity on Fridays.
