The Human Resources Assistant duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads. If you thrive in a dynamic work environment that requires the ability to balance multiple responsibilities, this may be the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Address employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Coordinate HR projects
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Director.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 1-2 years' professional office experience.
• 1-2 years' experience in human resources
• Exemplary ethics, integrity, and standards
