Brief Overview:
Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a rapidly growing apparel brand who have tripled in size and are looking to further double across the coming years. Due this vast amount of growth they are now looking for a VP Ecommerce & Digital to take their website to the next level.
The business are looking for a digital first marketing expert to lead the Marketing Division; Digital Growth & Retention, Creative Marketing, Ecommerce and Client Services teams to help define the Company’s vision and business strategies. As the Vice President of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing you will be leading the evolution of the brands current digital capabilities while also defining and building out the e-commerce capability.
They have a unique and very exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for disrupting the market through being agile, innovative and fast to deliver best quality fashion products.
Vice President of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing - Responsibilities:
- Oversee all owned site(s) P&L; achieve top and bottom-line results
- Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in e-commerce, and apply them to the company's e-commerce operations and roadmap.
- Provide leadership and direction to the team on all aspects of the yearly workplans and effectively manage workload, partners, and all projects
- Build the 2-year and annual digital marketing and eCommerce strategy/workplans and annual operational budgets to support maximum potential for operational and revenue growth
- Optimize the advertising budget/spend for digital marketing & promotional programs to maximize ROAS
- CRO – identity on site opportunities and work with eCommerce to execute and monitor tests while reporting on winning variants.
- Develop and manage budgets and performance metrics to ensure the e-commerce department achieves its targets
- Lead all strategic, creative, merchandising, product and promotional initiatives - leveraging resources and technology to efficiently and effectively scale the business.
Vice President of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing - Skills:
- Expertise in delivering across performance marketing, Ecommerce and retention channels.
- Experience in being able to manage aswell as execute.
- Must have experience within Active wear or sports associated organisation
- Experience of scaling a business from $50M - $150M+.
