The Shari Levitin Group (SLG) is adding a new role to our team: Head of Marketing – focused mainly on our “digital marketing” efforts.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Head of (Digital) Marketing, you will have an incredible opportunity to collaborate closely with Shari Levitin – world-renowned keynote speaker, author, and “LinkedIn Sales Influencer”. You will work alongside her to engage with prestigious Fortune 500 companies, such as: Salesforce, Microsoft, Dell Technologies, Humana, and Microsoft.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, analyzing, and refining the company's strategic marketing and messaging initiatives. You will shape the company's overall marketing strategy and drive its success. Your expertise will be crucial in effectively utilizing various marketing channels, including: website, blogs, SEO, social media, email marketing, case studies, media relations, and vlogs. Ideally, you will have specific experience/expertise in generating and cultivating leads on the LinkedIn platform.
We expect you to bring innovative ideas and insights based on your previous experiences. You will have the autonomy to introduce fresh strategies and tactics that will elevate our marketing efforts and position the company as a leader in the industry. From start to finish, you will oversee all aspects of marketing, showcasing your holistic understanding of the field.

You will be expected to do the following:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to gather insights into customer behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis. Using this information to inform marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Performance Measurement: Monitoring and analyzing marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Making data-driven adjustments and improvements to optimize marketing performance.
- Campaign Development: Creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote products or services. This includes setting campaign goals, developing creative concepts, coordinating marketing activities, and measuring campaign effectiveness.
- Content Strategy: Develop a content strategy that aligns with the target audience and brand objectives. This includes overseeing content creation, such as blog posts, white papers, videos, and infographics, and ensuring content is optimized for different marketing channels.
- Team Management: Leading and managing the marketing contractors/vendors, including hiring and training. Assigning tasks and responsibilities and fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as sales, product development, and senior management, to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as agencies, vendors, and media outlets.
- Brand Management: Overseeing, developing, and maintaining the company's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning across all marketing channels.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Managing the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively, and tracking expenses to ensure marketing activities stay within budget. Demonstrating ROI (Return on Investment) of marketing initiatives.
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying target audiences, and setting marketing objectives.
- Digital Marketing: Overseeing digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
