DIGITAL PRODUCER
As part of the Retail Marketing Producer team, you'll provide strategic leadership and drive creative initiatives to support our client’s third party digital programs. You will oversee the creative development for program projects and new hardware product launches.
This will be a fully remote position based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Observe and identify opportunities for team process, tool , documentation and asset management improvements. Implement changes to make sure the Creative Producer team and wider creative group are working at optimum efficiency and happiness.
- Establish and manage cross-functional relationships with multiple teams and collaborate with Go-to-Market Managers, Product Marketing, Creative, Traffic, Production, Training, Analytics and Operations teams to drive creative projects to meet business objectives, creative objectives, and timing and budget requirements.
- Lead creative teams and/or agency partners to deliver digital creative work across design, execution and brand integrity in every creative decision.
- Provide clear and timely communication to cross-functional team leads and management regarding project status, obstacles and priorities, and proactively identify and manage risks.
- Lead the creative development process in the following areas: brief writing, creative resourcing, timeline management, budget management, agency/vendor management, creative project team management, cross-functional communication, creative strategy, leadership presentations, regional share outs, legal approvals, and production hand-off.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6-8 years of experience managing the creative development of integrated marketing programs.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven, technical work environment.
- Excellent people management skills, with a proven ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility and influence.
- Effective creative problem-solving skills with ability to identify solutions that work for multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working in retail digital workstreams, and experience delivering results through a highly matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without needing current or future employer sponsorship.
