JOB SUMMARY: The Digital Experience team is responsible for client focused digital experiences that support our Digital Banking business. We are seeking a dynamic, organized leader to play a key role in supporting these efforts amidst the rapidly changing digital servicing and sales landscape.
The VP, Digital Experience Technology Lead, Digital Banking is responsible for leading and managing the digital banks client facing technology platforms. They will ensure a high-quality experience with minimal friction to the users, including MarTech (Marketing Automation, Website, CDP and Privacy/Consent Management) platforms and Digital Banking services (digital account opening and online banking).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead teams of designers, developers, and product managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, operations, technology) to deliver exceptional digital experiences for the bank's customers.
• Define and track key performance indicators for development teams as well as platforms/services and, and leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for digital banking.
• Develop and execute the bank's marketing technology and self-service banking strategy in line with the overall business goals.
• Lead the technology operational management of platforms, including defining IT Service Management processes (e.g. incident, problem and change management as well as BCP/DR processes), on-going vendor service management, and resource management and planning.
• Oversee and become the technical SME of the bank's digital experience technology infrastructure and ensure it is optimized for efficiency and effectiveness including but not limited to CMS, marketing automation, CDP, digital account opening, and online banking.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the digital space and evaluate their potential impact on the bank's digital experience.
• Drive SDLC processes for relevant scrum teams, leading ceremonies where appropriate, coordinate testing/releases and continuously align with broader team for dependencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in development and/or operational management of client facing technologies or marketing technology, with at least 5 years in a tech lead role or similar capacity.
• Experience in application development in financial services, preferably in banks or other financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, digital advertising, customer data platforms and content management systems, with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, CDP’s, and WordPress experience preferred
• Experience in product support for MarTech/Marketing capabilities.
• Deep familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for user experience and drive user centric product decisions.
