As a crucial member of our Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Technology will be at the helm of all things tech at Nerdery. From tech consulting to engineering, data, and partnerships, you'll oversee it all and play a pivotal role in shaping our comprehensive tech strategy.

Your technical expertise, combined with business acumen and exceptional leadership skills, will be the driving force behind transformational technology solutions for our clients.

Your day-to-day as a Nerd will be nothing short of thrilling:

• Cultivating strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, and providing strategic guidance for digital transformation and technology solutions.
• Nurturing strategic partnerships to enhance our capabilities and identifying new areas for improvement and enrichment of our offerings.
• Leading with excellence by recruiting and developing top talent and ensuring high-quality project delivery across teams.
• Inspiring innovation by encouraging experimentation and research to develop new methodologies, tools, and services that give us a competitive edge.

To succeed as a Nerd, you'll need:

• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Microservices, and Data Warehousing (Snowflake/Databricks experience is a plus!).
• A passion for creating an accountable, excellence-driven culture and the ability to work cross-functionally to create cohesive plans.
• A deep understanding of various digital technologies, coupled with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 7+ years of experience in emerging technologies and 5+ years of progressive leadership in the digital technology field.
