Job Description
:


We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Global Sales & Business Development to lead our sales teams across the globe - US, Europe, ANZ and APAC.


If you are highly driven with a proven track record in building and growing business revenues in the SaaS or creative tech industry, you may be The One we are looking for! You would have built strong networks and have a large clientele list which can help scale our customer acquisition and growth objectives quickly.


Your role entails developing and designing sales and business development strategies, tactics and plans, introducing innovative structure, processes and tools and building a winning team. If this sounds like you, hesitate no more and come help us grow!


The Job:


  • Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Review and approve terms of business with new and existing clients.
  • Analyze sales statistics to formulate go-to market strategies.
  • Develop win-win relationships with clients and deliver the best creative solutions at all times.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth goals.
  • Manage sales budget for the region effectively.
  • Lead and direct the sales team with the goal of exceeding sales revenue, sales profitability and budgetary objectives.
  • Identify gaps and formulate interventions to improve competencies, structure, processes and tools required to create an effective and efficient sales organization.
  • Monitor customers, markets and competitor activities, and provide feedback to the management.
  • Seek out preferred collaboration agreements to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with the marketing, products and creative department to enhance the company's products and services.
  • Manage staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop sales talent.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.


Requirements


The Person:


  • Good command of English (verbal and written).
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience in global sales or related fields.
  • Bachelor degree in business, marketing or relevant field.
  • Must be results-driven.
  • Strong team management and communication skills.
  • Preferably someone with e-commerce/IT/SaaS experience.
  • Able to travel across countries.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership & coaching skills.
