Qualified candidates should:


  • Experience and proven success in sales and building long-term relationships.
  • Good verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Desire, ability, and willingness to be a player/coach. 50% of time spent managing and developing new relationships. The other 50% managing and overseeing the department.
  • Track record of developing new business.
  • Successful track record setting expectations, holding accountable, managing, and motivating people.
