Job Title: VP Finance - PE Healthcare Group

Location: Illinois

Salary: $230k base, bonus, potential equity & full benefits package

We are a rapidly growing healthcare physician services group backed by a private equity firm. Our mission is to provide high-quality healthcare services to patients across the United States. We are looking for a Vice President of Finance to join our team and help drive our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth of the company

· Lead the financial planning and analysis process to drive informed decision-making

· Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts,

· Oversee the accounting function, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting

· Revenue recognition

· Autonomy to hire and sculpt the their team to help them complete the job

· Manage cash and treasury operations, including banking relationships and debt management

· Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required;

· MBA preferred

· CPA essential

· 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including experience in healthcare services and private equity experience is a must
