We are Growth Lending LLC, we work with innovative and high-growth companies, helping them to accelerate their growth by providing flexible credit solutions. We provide facilities from $100,000 to $20m and have lent more than £1bn to more than 500 companies and counting. We have a global footprint, with offices across the UK, in South Africa and the Philippines and we have most recently expanded into the US.
Our ambition is to carve out a niche within the US market and become a major player in the domestic and international receivable space. Being headquartered in London, provides a unique position to support UK/USA orientated businesses. We pride ourselves on being bold, and funding businesses which the banks or traditional lenders typically shy away from.
We need a superstar deal-sourcer with the enthusiasm and energy required to seek out the best working capital investment opportunities. You’ll have an agile mind, great relationship building skills, and be able to balance a competitive nature with a strong focus on teamwork. This role represents an excellent opportunity to join an emergent team and to accelerate an established career in our first USA office; your extensive experience, from deal negotiation and structuring through to execution, is ripe for this high-growth area of finance.
You’ll bring a proven track record of success in front-line sales within the financial services sector. You will have an established, expanding network of external sources such as accountants, solicitors, bankers and commercial finance brokers. To fit with our business, you’ll balance flair and relationship building with method and analysis. We’re a responsible lender, so you’ll know how to prepare and complete detailed, in-depth analyses of your deals to illustrate the value of each deal to your colleagues and will be responsible for end-to-end deal management.
To succeed you’ll come with a strong knowledge of receivables finance, corporate finance and commercial finance products and markets. Others who have succeeded in this role combine their entrepreneurial, personable sales capabilities with a forensic eye for detail when preparing reports and performing analysis. You will need to have the ability to work in a fast paced, evolving environment together with the enterprise and ambition to help drive the business strategy.
