We are seeking an exceptional leader to serve as our Vice President of Sales. This individual will be a crucial member of our executive team, responsible for driving revenue growth, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and developing key strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of our sales operations, including establishing sales strategies and setting sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, identifying new market opportunities.
- Manage a sales team, ensuring that they are motivated, performance is evaluated effectively, and team members are appropriately trained and developed.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to shape the company's strategic vision and align the sales strategy with the company's goals.
- Monitor market trends and competition to inform sales strategy and to ensure the company maintains its competitive position.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to establish effective sales messaging and value propositions.
- Drive the use of data and analytics in sales strategies and decision making.
- Build, maintain, and report on sales revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years minimum experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the mid-high ticket sales.
- A track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel to US based offices between Chicago, Dallas, and Denver.
