Job Title: Vice President of Corporate Healthcare
Location: Remote | United States
**Please note this role is hybrid (2x per week in-office) if you live in the tri-state area ( New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut)
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $1750,000-$200,000 depending on experience.
A leading healthcare marketing firm is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join the team as a Vice President of Corporate Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and growth of the company’s corporate healthcare practice and leading a team of experts to deliver exceptional results for clients.

As VP of Corporate Healthcare, you will also work closely with C-suite executives and clients to strategize their corporate communications. Joining this dynamic team of healthcare experts will lead you to make a meaningful impact on the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall corporate healthcare strategy, including identifying market opportunities, setting business goals, and driving revenue growth.
- Stay current with healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and proactively provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative healthcare programs, services, and solutions that meet client requirements and address industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert guidance on healthcare solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, and preparing proposals and presentations to win new clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful corporate healthcare strategies and driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and senior leadership.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare or pharma
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
