Inviting applications for the role of Vice President – Global Alliances!


The primary role of the Vice President, Global Alliances is to work with the Global Alliances & Channels leader and manage day-to-day 1-2 strategic partnerships within their portfolio. The role’s responsibilities include working with the designated digital partner(s) along Genpact’s leadership to drive the individual partnership’s go-to-market plans, buildout new offerings and exponentially drive incremental revenue.


Responsibilities


  • Identify areas where Genpact and the managed partner(s) can collaborate to build a new differentiated product or offerings
  • Build and drive joint strategy, business plan, joint offerings, and execution of clearly defined go-to-market initiatives with Genpact’s strategic partnerships
  • Help expand and extend Genpact Global Partner Program’s overall reach, relevance, and revenue in the market
  • Work with Genpact sales teams & sales senior leadership to drive account growth
  • Develop and maintain trusted senior relationships within Genpact, the sales organization and the partner(s) they manage
  • Expand knowledge and expertise in Genpact capabilities/offerings to effectively collaborate internally and with targeted partners
  • Grow and expand partner related targeted account engagements, reselling, development of joint solutions and overall revenue


Minimum qualifications


  • B.A./BSC (MBA/Masters preferred)
  • Must have relevant years of experience in alliance management, sales or business development roles in a services environment
  • Must have worked in and around large global SIs and/or well-known technology players, preferably with reselling experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with executive presence
  • Excellent Project and Program Management skills including design and execution on global business plans
  • Has a deep background in consulting & digital technologies (AI, ML, Cloud, Generative AI preferred)
  • Experienced in driving and leading executive-level relationships
  • Should be a people person with excellent networking and relationship building skills
  • Strategic thinker and a facilitator of change with an ability of instilling trust in teams
  • A self-starter needing minimal management oversight to perform day to day responsibilities
  • Attitude of team victory over individual success


Preferred qualifications


  • Outstanding communications skills --- written and verbal
  • A hands-on reciprocal style of working and a commitment to being both a teammate and a leader is a must.
  • Ability to understand changing market dynamics, translating them into actionable strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • The ability to influence peers and senior leaders across the business, and to encourage, further and lead team members
  • Experience building and leading global and geographically dispersed alliance partnerships and guiding them to success.
  • Knowledge of the top tier technology players in the market for finance & accounting


“The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $128,000 to $160,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.”
