Vice President, Corporate Applications - Back Office

As the Vice President of Corporate Applications, you will lead a team responsible for the vision, strategy and technology solutions that support the Finance, HW Operations, IT, Legal, and Facilities business functions. You will be proactive and highly collaborative, with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to think strategically and act as a thought leader. To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong business architecture expertise, experience with technology implementations at scale, such as Core ERP, Supply Chain Management, and a track record of building strong relationships with business partners.

About this roll* (Responsibilities)

• Ensure we operate a secure and compliant enterprise: operationalize security policies, and maintain PCI/SOX control compliance for responsible controls
• Lead and manage several globally distributed engineering and product management teams of skilled technologists
• Strategic and operational IT Application ownership for the following areas: Finance, HW Operations, HR, IT, Legal and Facilities
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders across the organization so that the Apps team serves as a responsive business partner to them to meet their business objectives
• Attract talent, help to instill and foster a growth mindset within the team and help both technical and managerial employees reach their full potential
• Manage the implementation of technology solutions at scale, such as ERP and Supply Chain Solutions
• Lead the development and execution of business architecture for corporate applications, including roadmaps and resource/capacity planning

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

• Extensive experience with end to end business processes spanning Finance (Order to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay), Supply Chain Management (Supply planning, Warehouse Management, Logistics/Fulfillment, Inventory Management)
• Understands the complex delivery and revenue recognition models of a global, multi-line, multi-product software company and wants to think about satisfying them in new and different ways
• Strong executive presence; demonstrated ability in driving cross-functional efforts in complex, global organizations
• Has a strategic view of business process and systems architecture with data & insights as the foundation
• Extensive experience deploying and scaling best in class cloud technologies such as Netsuite and Zuora Revenue
• Has experience working with highly distributed global teams, including third party contractors and consultants
• 15+ years of experience in IT leadership roles building and leading high performing teams at a fast growing technology company
• Has experience maturing technical delivery practices in an Applications org: implementing a product operating model/scrum team delivery model
