JOB SUMMARY:
This leadership role is responsible for the global recruiting strategy and execution for all Argano. Will oversee the Talent Acquisition lifecycle, including the evolution of the recruiting process, utilization of tools and methods, and overall effectiveness of talent solutions. Partnering with business leaders and people business partners to identify talent needs, identify pipeline and recruit for talent. Responsible for leading a global team of recruiting leaders, recruiters and sourcers to acquire talent in our global talent centers for positions from entry level to executive. Leading with candidate experience and the unique people value proposition of Argano, this role will identify appropriate recruiting strategies based on need, manage to cost expectations, enhance and document the global candidate experience and ensure business leaders have visibility into the pipeline.

Leading with candidate experience and the unique people value proposition of Argano, this role will identify appropriate recruiting strategies based on need, manage to cost expectations, enhance and document the global candidate experience and ensure business leaders have visibility into the pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively support leaders across Argano in meeting their immediate and long term hiring requirement.
- Define, develop, and execute a multi-pronged global recruitment strategy to achieve current and long-term hiring needs across Argano.
- Continuously improve upon the end-to-end recruiting process that will work across multiple countries but still provide an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.
- Establish DEI recruiting strategies in alignment with people DEI strategy.
- Manage a global recruitment team located in the US, Mexico, Argentina, and India.
- Work closely with Compensation to communicate pay packages, determine appropriate placement for roles, educate recruiting team and align with pay structures.
- Lead a wide range of workforce planning, programming, and strategy initiatives to build, attract, and retain a talent pipeline, including community based partnerships.
- Manage the campus recruiting efforts for the organization globally by establishing partnership with universities.
- Own the Talent Acquisition lifecycle, playing a key role in designing and implementing talent strategies and solutions to establish best-in-class recruitment practices.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Executives and Tower Presidents to develop talent acquisition plans to facilitate the scaling of Argano.
- Lead the recruitment marketing and social media function to strengthen the Argano employer brand and leverage.
- Lead executive recruitment searches for leadership positions across the globe.
- Develop and cultivate high performing teams
- Establish talent acquisition success criteria, through reports and metrics that demonstrate ROI.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business-related field preferred or equivalent experience
- High School Education or GED required
- 15+ years of talent acquisition experience with at least 5 years in a global capacity managing a team. Experience in a technology consulting company highly preferred.
- Oracle ATS experience preferred
