Qc Analyst Lead - Biopharma

Mantell Associates is partnered with a leading global biopharma company in their search for a new Quality Control (QC) Analyst Lead to join their organisation.

Quality Control Analyst Lead - Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints for the purpose of establishing customers' critical needs and how they should be measured
• Assist with the quality inspection process of new part samples and record the data
• Check dimensions and surface quality of random batches of finished products to ensure they meet all company quality standards
• Assist with inspection all product returns, analyse the defect, and document the findings
• Verify all processes are conforming to established quality standards and required customer specifications
• Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples
• Assist with the collection and production of samples to evaluate quality

Quality Control Analyst Lead - Requirements:

• Experience in business administration may be advantageous
• A Bachelor's degree in science or business-based programs
• Previous experience in production or manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail, observation, organisational, and leadership skills
