Currently Hiring:
We're looking for a Recruiter in our Technical Division in Knoxville, TN. Recruiting is an inside sales role that will support a Business Development Manager to acquire candidates for our clients’ open positions. IT IS TOUGH & SO REWARDING!
Critical Attributes and Skillsets:
Ø 2 years of professional sales required
Ø Build RELATIONSHIPS with candidates to make placements
Ø A CLOSER who does so with HIGH character
Ø Full life cycle recruiting: Screen resumes, interview candidates (via phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments, reference/background checking, deliver employment offers and manage contractor during placement.
Ø Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract top candidates: career fairs, online job boards, community networking events, referrals, etc.
Ø Source resumes via job boards (Dice, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ø Make 50+ outbound phone calls per day
