Talent & People Ops Manager

At Beaconstac, we are looking to hire an HR Ops/ People manager for our office in New York, 80% of the role will be in recruitment, and 20% will be in operations and people management.

What you'll do at Beaconstac:

• Completely manage payroll on Rippling etc.
• Optimize and maintain team member benefits programs.
• Manage the recruiting process to attract and retain top talent
• Facilitate team meetings and team-building activities to drive team member engagement.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for employees and contractors.
• Develop expertise in HR compliance and ensure the company is compliant in different geographies
• Monitor and optimize time off policies and procedures
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
• Ensure on-time delivery of People services, including compensation and benefits and attend to and resolve team member concerns.

Skills you bring to the table:

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Attention to detail, excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential data
• Ability to work under time pressure and tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy
• Experience in working with a variety of internal stakeholders
• 3+ years of people operations and recruitment experience.
