Overview The People and Talent Partner is responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the organization in the areas of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent, as well as providing guidance and support to managers and employees on a variety of HR topics. Detailed Job Description The People and Talent Partner is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent. This includes developing and executing recruitment plans, managing the onboarding process, and providing guidance and support to managers and employees on a variety of HR topics. The People and Talent Partner will also be responsible for managing employee relations, performance management, and organizational development initiatives. This role will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, and providing guidance and support to managers and employees on a variety of HR topics. Job Qualifications
