Talent Operations Coordinator Leading Beverage brand with ties to sports, music and more is seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Talent Operations Manager, the Talent Operations Coordinator (TOC) supports the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through off-boarding. The TOC provides balanced executional support to the Talent team, across all North American entities. Your role will serve as the operational backbone of the Talent team, ensuring an excellent employee experience for approximately 8,000 employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES –

ONBOARDING

- Process relocations through the vendor portal

- Ensure premium onboarding experience from day 1 by conducting new hire onboarding calls

Requirements:

- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

- 1+ years experience providing excellent customer service to ensure premium experiences for employees

- Must be a proactive problem solver and team player who is detail-oriented and flexible; a self-starter requiring minimal supervision with the ability to support requests from multiple directions

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters appropriately

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization while functioning as a team player
