Join our growing global fulfillment team as we open more state of the art DCs across North America and get an opportunity to add "high-volume recruiting" to your growing professional portfolio. Our Distribution Center plays a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner. As the Talent Manager, you will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for the salary and the hourly space. The primary focus in this role will be to attract high-quality candidates to our North American DC’s in hourly and salaried space.
a day in the life
  • Working closely with cross-functional leadership teams to identify talent gaps and develop solutions to attract, develop, and retain top talent by conducting market analysis
  • Continuously looking for ways to improve talent management processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of DC Talent Acquisition
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process across all business departments within the DC network
  • Develop and execute candidate generation strategies while building a pipeline of talent with an emphasis on Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action (IDEA)
  • You will support all stages of the hiring process (pre-selection, interviews and offers)
  • Utilizing relevant metrics to measure and report on the effectiveness of sourcing tools and strategies
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of senior roles in the leadership space (ie: Entry level salaried and hourly roles, Operations, Senior Manager, Directors etc.)
  • Working diligently in filling positions in both hourly and salaried model (Junior to Senior level)
  • Bringing lululemon's employer brand story to life for candidates and utilizing this for candidate attraction

Qualifications
(As our ideal candidate)
*
You have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in recruitment (having previous experience in high-volume recruiting AND/OR supply chain + logistics field is an asset)
*
You have extensive experience with end-to-end recruitment activities and service delivery across the organization (hiring requirements, reporting, sourcing, assessment, onboarding etc.)
*
You can manage multiple roles within a fast-paced environment and address hiring needs with a strong sense of urgency while providing excellent candidate experience
*
You are metrics driven and strong in measuring the success of new hires within the DC Talent Acquisition network
*
You have demonstrated negotiation skills when dealing with stakeholders, and senior leadership including candidates + internal business partners
*
You have experience with internet searches by various recruiting techniques and methods
*
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision
*
You have experience using an ATS (we use Avature) and its full reporting infrastructure including other software(s) (MS Suite, MS projects etc.)
*

Compensation and Benefits Package
For California Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in California is from annually; the base pay offered is $75,100 - $93,900 based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering subject to program eligibility requirements.
