About the Operations Associate Position:

Our Operations Team oversees Venteur's financial management, contracts, invoicing, and compliance. This role is perfect for highly-detailed and organized individuals who aren't afraid of complexity. As part of a fast-growing startup, you'll play a leadership role in building operational systems and processes to allow our business to scale rapidly. You'll also play a key role in creating and implementing quality assurance systems that make sure we meet a high degree of customer satisfaction. The best part? Your work will make a difference. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness
• Monitor changes in regulations and update internal policies and procedures accordingly
• Conduct regular audits of payment records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines, contractual agreements, and internal policies
• Reconcile payment records, identify discrepancies, and resolve any payment-related issues
• Prepare and submit required filings and reports to regulatory agencies in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Manage the lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, negotiation, execution, renewal, and relevant documentation

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Excel and tools for data analysis and management
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a fintech, insurance, or healthcare setting
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced work environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with healthcare insurance regulations, PCI compliance, and/or NACHA standards
• Experience with contract management systems or software
• Familiarity with business license requirements and filing processes
