The Global Investment Programs Team - a group within the Partnerships Org - specializes in large incentive based programs. We’re looking for an Operations Associate to join Team Snapchat! Working closely with the Global Investment Programs team, you will focus on developing team guidelines, creating operational processes, and managing the Snap Upfront program. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal and Accounting teams to execute and improve processes related to our Advertiser upfront programs.
What you'll do:
Lead day-to-day deal management activities in collaboration with Snap’s Sales teams
Partner with Sales to develop deal management resources and to streamline deal benefit
redemption requests
Use business understanding and judgment to create robust draft plans outlining priorities, activities and timelines for the deal cycle
Review Agency Insertion Orders for compliance checks
Maintain hygiene for all team Salesforce records and team Google Shared Drive files
Cultivate strong working relationships with key partners—including Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal—to evaluate requests or key business issues
Required Skills
At least 1 year of experience in a role in Operations or Contract Management
BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience

Desired Skills
At least 1 year of experience working in technology, digital media, advertising or related field
Best-in-class partnership skills with Sales and cross-functional teams, including an ability to work collaboratively, find solutions and challenge stakeholders respectfully
Professional operations experience within an environment that has high case volumes and requires a high degree of internal relationship management and attention to detail
Well-versed in concepts and practices of digital advertising sales, including auction marketplaces
Experience using Salesforce or similar customer relationship management systems
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Demonstrated problem solving, troubleshooting, analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to execute defined processes
Ability to work independently and drive activities to completion through strong ownership and attention to detail in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
