Overview A Talent Coordinator is responsible for managing the recruitment process for an organization. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for open positions. They also work with hiring managers to ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and effective. Detailed Job Description The Talent Coordinator is responsible for managing the recruitment process for an organization. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for open positions. They also work with hiring managers to ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and effective. The Talent Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, conducting job postings, and screening resumes. They will also be responsible for scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and providing feedback to candidates. Additionally, the Talent Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in recruitment or human resources
• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) is preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of job boards and other recruitment sources
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in recruitment or human resources
• Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Experience in conducting job postings and screening resumes
• Experience in scheduling interviews and conducting background checks
