About the Role

We are looking for an Ops Associate who will provide support with general operational tasks, ensuring all related corporate procedures are well-organized and performed in time. A successful candidate should be able to act proactively and without guidance while understanding company's needs and adhering to its policies. This will be a very fast-paced on-site role collaborating cross-functionally with other teams and our executives.

Location: Must be able to come into the office every day in Mountain View, CA.

What You’ll Do

• Interact across multiple teams (product, eng, ops, sales, AM) with high upwards visibility
• Understand the business in-and-out to be proactive about solving emerging problems
• Work very closely with data to generate reports and communicate results with various teams
• Work on driving forward core ops metrics, analyzing data, and supporting executives with general operational needs

What You Have

• Confidentiality and discretion
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity, context-switching, and a fast-paced environment
• 1+ year experience as an Ops Associate or equivalent experience supporting the team cross-functionally with general operations
• Profound experience with office management systems (Google Suite, Microsoft Office) and procedures, as well as major office gadgets and applications
