Position Overview
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist on our Talent Acquisition team, you will identify, attract, and convert qualified candidates for Community Coffee. You will play a key role in building talent pipelines for active recruiting campaigns.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
  • Provides recommendations to the TA team and hiring managers on sourcing strategies, talent market. composition, diverse hiring pools/opportunities, and talent research strategies.
  • Develops candidate target lists to identify prospects for active recruiting and strategic pipeline development.
  • Builds trusting relationships with individual candidates and talent communities, develops and implements talent community communication plans, and continues to build talent communities by communicating compelling stories that accurately represent Community Coffee careers, potential growth and our culture.
  • May be asked to perform additional duties as necessary.
  • Partners with the Talent Acquisition team to define search parameters, build sourcing strategies, and execute targeted sourcing initiatives.
  • Captures and maintains robust candidate information in our ATS system.
  • Creates and executes research strategies to identify and generate top talent.
  • Develop and deliver project status reports, talent market intelligence summaries, and pipeline reports as needed to support individual searches.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field from an accredited college or university highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 3 years of talent research/sourcing experience in either an agency or an in-house setting
  • Experience with Community Coffee, even if unrelated, may fulfill this requirement at the discretion of the hiring manager with approval from Human Resources.
  • Will consider experience in lieu of education
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting technology platforms
  • Ability to find and interpret talent market data and make clear, compelling presentations
