Role & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Business Partners and Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements
• Identify and attend networking activities such as career fairs, professional associations, technical schools, etc.
• Post jobs on external job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally
• Focus on creative recruitment solutions that increase DEI and targeted talent acquisition strategy
• Handle the pre-onboarding/onboarding of all new hires
• Work on employer branding
• Manage full life cycle recruitment for Brookfield Properties US divisions from sourcing through offer and negotiations
• Assist Director with organization of and campus/college recruitment
• Work in Workday (ATS), ensuring all postings are up to date for accuracy and reporting
• Presenting candidates to hiring managers
• Assist with intern recruitment and program activities

Your Qualifications

• 1-3 years HR/recruitment or operations experience
• Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and customer-service orientation skills, with the motivation and ability to function independently or as a team member
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong Demonstrated knowledge of basic recruiting and/or HR principles
• Ability to perform administrative work of a complex nature with a high degree of proficiency
• A high degree of flexibility; proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple complex projects, and to work effectively and efficiently under pressure
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in the organization and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Type: Exempt/Non-exempt

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

Annual Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000

Medical & Pharmacy Coverage: Yes, under Brookfield Medical Plan

Dental Coverage: Yes, under Brookfield Medical Plan

Vision Coverage: Yes, under Brookfield Medical Plan

Retirement: 401(k)

Insurance: Employer-paid life & short/long term disability
