We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Associate to drive efficiencies across our Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams. This individual will be the first point of contact to solve day-to-day operational issues while driving the development of processes that enable an engaging recruiting experience for our Hiring Managers and candidates.
In this role, you will have the ability to shape processes and procedures and continuously improve experience both for employees and candidates.
Here's What You Will Be Doing:
- Act as a point person between candidates, recruiters, and interviewers when scheduling interviews
- Train new TA team members on our systems and processes
- Req maintenance within our ATS; scheduling interviews, candidate scorecards, assessments, reference, and background checks
- Keep recruiters informed on any candidate feedback and next steps
- Manage reporting and ensure clean data collection in all the TA systems
- Be the liaison between TA and People & Culture to successfully transition candidates to new hires
- Enable 3rd party integrations within the Greenhouse ecosystem (LinkedIn, Accurate, Crosschq, Calendly, etc.)
- Assist on any other ad-hoc projects within the Talent Acquisition department as needed
- Reviewing and revising job descriptions for inclusivity
- Manage our job boards, postings, and advertisement campaigns
- Open new requisitions, track approvals and manage notifications
- First point of contact for our relationships with applicable vendors for the HR and Talent tea
- Partner with support teams to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are maintained
- Create efficient and effective processes that align the needs of our TA team with our cross-functional partners; finance, People & Culture, People Operations
What You’ll Need to Get Here:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Flexibility to accommodate working across different time zones
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- 2+ years of People Ops, Talent Ops or related experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and other TA systems and applications
- Able to read situations quickly and facilitate cooperation
- Ability to navigate through complex issues and systems
- Ability to analyze and use data to inform decisions and actions
The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000 Range. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
