The Talent Operations Team is enabling eHealth’s growth by providing superior service and support throughout the worker lifecycle. We are looking to hire a proactive, action-oriented Senior Talent Operations Coordinator who will be an integral partner in supporting Recruiting and Talent Operations, helping drive a superb candidate and employee experience.


This candidate will be an organizational guru and work effectively with internal and external clients, employees, and candidates. You will possess great communication skills, can shift gears at a moment’s notice, work in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. What You Will Do


  • 75% recruiting operations support, 25% HR operations support
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation
  • Manage the contractor/temp/vendor approval and onboarding processes
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities and participate in special projects as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact for interviewee and employee questions
  • Assist in organizing HR related events and programs
  • Provide general support to HR analysts and assist with operational tasks
  • Assist with background check reviews and coordination with cross-functional teams as needed
  • Perform data reporting and analysis on recruiting and HR data
  • Track recruiting activities and providing candidate status on a regular basis
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
  • Maintain cross-functional partnership with non-HR groups as needed and required by project work
  • Take ownership of all aspects of onboarding new hires and off boarding for departing employees
  • Coordinate the post-interview debrief meetings
  • Complete miscellaneous administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
  • Proactively follow-up with candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
  • Schedule a high volume of virtual interviews


Basic Qualifications


  • Proficient with Microsoft and Google products
  • Exposure to project management tools and processes
  • 3+ years of experience in a dynamic HR or Recruiting related role or prior customer service experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience, preferably Workday
  • Good understanding of HR and employment laws
  • Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills

  • Background Checks processing
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Contingent Workforce project and programs is a plus
