Sr. Marketing Coordinator Jobs

We’re looking for a Sr. Marketing Coordinator based in Northwest Arkansas to support our influencer marketing company, Acorn Influence. This role will be responsible for becoming entrenched in the shopper marketing world, staying attuned to client dynamics, proactively identifying PR, social, and content opportunities, and owning execution of key marketing channels for Acorn Influence, partnering with the broader marketing team on strategy. The ideal candidate has a background in influencer and/or shopper marketing, is eager to be a part of a dynamic team and directly impact growth, has a bias for action, and will proactively dive in and learn what they don’t know. This role will sit in our Rogers, Arkansas office.

Key Responsibilities

• Surface and advocate for PR opportunities and relevant content ideas supporting the Acorn Influence business line to the broader marketing team
• Own short- and long-form content creation for social, email, case studies, awards, influencer network broad communications, and paid media
• Partner with our creative team to develop brand-aligned creative assets for blog posts, email, social, etc.
• Report on campaign performance and use data to inform decisions for future campaigns
• Launch and manage a client, prospect, and partner newsletter
• Work closely with the Acorn team to develop content to educate and deepen the value our community provides to our influencer network
• Champion creativity and innovation in content creation, distribution, and testing approaches
• Own social and email editorial calendars for Acorn Influence focused on delivering content that’s highly relevant and timely for clients, prospects, influencers and partners
• Uphold copywriting and brand expression standards
• Develop Acorn Influence’s social strategy and manage social channels, proactively identifying opportunities to grow our follower base and connect with clients, prospects, and other key stakeholders
• Other projects that support New Engen’s marketing goals

Experience, Skills, Mindset

• Familiarity with influencer marketing a plus
• Experience with Google Analytics a plus
• Creative thinker matched with an executional ability to deliver output quickly and consistently
• 1-3+ years of marketing experience, for a strong B2C or B2B brand a plus
• Experience creating and upholding brand guidelines
• Experience in creating content across multiple formats and for multiple audiences
• Experience with an email marketing software a plus
• Bias for action and will proactively dive in and learn what you don’t know
• Experience with Wordpress or other Content Management Systems a plus
• Excellent writing/editing skills with ability to write short-form, external-facing content
• Embraces data and measurement to inform action

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.

New Engen is headquartered in Seattle, WA.. For this role, candidates in our Rogers, AR office are preferred.
