We are seeking a talented People Analytics Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in driving our People transformation initiatives. This role is part of the PMO, People team reporting to the Head of PMO and DEI. As a Sr. Analyst, People Analytics, you will leverage data and analytics to provide insights into our organization effectiveness, improve our talent management processes, and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. You will also be responsible for leading and delivering multiple work streams, collaborating across the People team and with other stakeholders to identify and prioritize analytics needs and ensure alignment with business goals. What You'll Do
- Lead the development and implementation of analytics-driven solutions to support decision-making and People program evaluation
- Develop and deliver presentations, reports and other communications that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities, and make recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness
- Provide thought leadership on industry best practices and emerging trends in people analytics, and share insights with stakeholders across the organizations
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants as needed to support project delivery and ad hoc data requests
- Translate data insights into compelling narratives that are accessible to a broad audience including senior executives, managers and frontline employees
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully influencing cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed and proactive with the ability and motivation to learn fast, work independently, and prioritize work using time efficiently
- Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, including proficiency in data visualization, analysis and reporting (Experience with visualization tools e.g. Tableau is a bonus)
- Proficient in leveraging people data for analyzing results and making recommendations
