Analytics Coordinator Jobs

As an Analytics Coordinator, you will be under the supervision of the Senior Analytics Manager and work in close collaboration with other members of the Analytics Department and Account teams.

Key Responsibilities

·Manage the preparation of campaign information from mail plans for systematic entry into the company’s statistical software system. Effectively communicate with Account team members to guarantee the precise and consistent import of panels, codes, and definitions. Assemble accurate projections and costs for each campaign, and as required, reconcile quantities and costs.

·Take charge of the importation of gift data for clients. Collaborate with both the Account team and the clients to obtain gift files from a diverse range of sources. Scrutinize data from clients to ensure adherence to coding definitions and database structures. Conduct a thorough review of exception reports, and accordingly, liaise with the Account teams to address any potential data issues.

·Assist in the customization of fiscal year summaries within the company’s statistical software system by inputting supplementary information from budgets for non-campaign income and expenses. Additionally, facilitate the processing of actual revenue and costs for these items, sourced from the Account teams. Ensure the accuracy of summary reports for comprehensive review by an Analyst, Senior Analyst or the Senior Analytics Manager.
